I could not have been more fortunate to have been allocated Caroline as my trainer. I embarked on my Pilates training with a background in biological sciences but no experience of the fitness industry; my objective was to qualify to work alongside my husband at our rehabilitation Pilates centre. I could not have been more fortunate to have been allocated Caroline as my trainer and guide through my learning process. Because of the rehab focus at our own Pilates studio, it was essential for me to gain the knowledge and confidence to deal with clients with significant musculo-skeletal issues and Caroline's knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to communicate complex ideas in a practical way is exceptional. She's also incredibly supportive and nurturing…………..and students should be pleased to hear that this also comes through in her role as Examiner! Her own fascination and continual study of the clinical basis of patho-mechanics and which exercises produce the required results is also a key point for me, as I always feel that I'm receiving the latest up to date information in the ever developing area of rehab science. I can't believe how much I have learned and developed over the past 3 years from working with Caroline and how much she has boosted my confidence…………I look forward to many more courses with Caroline in the future.
