CAROLINE MURRAY

Caroline is a fully certified STOTT PILATES®  Lead Instructor-trainer, who comes from an athletic background and competed at national level.  She has worked within the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Class Instructor.  She is trained and qualified in Sports Massage Therapy too and incorporates this expertise into her Pilates teaching.  

With over 28 years working experience within these fields she is able to offer her client-base which ranges from 16-92 years of age – creative and innovative classes and 1-2-1 sessions which have had life-changing results for those seeking rehabilitation after accident or injury.

KATE LAYTON

Kate has worked within the fitness industry for over 25 years and has acquired a vast range of experience, having taught Aerobics, Post Natal, Step, Body Pump, Body Balance, Zumba, Aqua and Circuits.

She now works not only works as a Pilates Instructor, but also as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist specialising in Rehabilitation for several Physiotherapists in the area.

CLARE JONES-LEAKE

Clare (CJ) has always had fitness in her life and been very active; but after having a young family and working within the fast-paced corporate world she decided it was time to change direction to bring her a home/work life in to balance. Clare is now qualified as a STOTT PILATES® Instructor (Matwork & Reformer).

Clare loves to integrate the big Pilates equipment with the small pieces to add variety and challenge; to focus on quality of movement and help students to connect with how and where they move from within, so they can live in balanced bodies.
